This page is maintained by Naora to explain how we handle the details you choose to share with us. It describes our own practices — it is not a certification or an independent audit.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the invitation form: your name, email address, country, preferred departure, number of guests and any message you write. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we also hold that conversation.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry personally — availability, pricing and the complete itinerary — and, if you tick that box, to send occasional updates about the Naora World Expedition. We never sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
How it reaches us
The invitation form opens a prefilled email in your own email programme addressed to hello@naora.world. Nothing is stored on this website; your message travels through your own email provider and ours.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we are in conversation, and for our administration afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from updates at any time. Write to hello@naora.world or message us on WhatsApp at +31 6 15 56 15 78. We reply within two business days.
